Buffering of adjacent residences. <br /> <br />2. Parkland dedication requirements. <br /> <br />3. Sidewalk location. <br /> <br />4. Berming and landscaping including the size of trees. The <br />applicant agreed to add a number of 10-12 foot tall evergreen <br />trees to the plan. <br /> <br />5. The amount and location of brick on the exterior of the <br />buildings. <br /> <br />6. Traffic impact of the proposal. <br /> <br />7. The density of the project and the impact of removing one 8- <br />unit building. <br /> <br />8. city participation in the project. <br /> <br />9. Exterior materials and screening of rooftop units on the <br />school. <br /> <br />Three neighbors spoke concerning this matter. <br /> <br />Gail Westby, 480 Lovell street, stated that the developer has been <br />responsive to neighborhood needs and this is the best plan that has <br />been presented so far. Westby stated that density was still a <br />concern and questioned whether this type of housing is needed in <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />Larry Kahler, 401 County Road B-2, questioned if and when football <br />lights would be installed. <br /> <br />Jim Westby, 480 Lovell Street, questioned if market exists for this <br />type of housing and what the experience has been with sales of this <br />type of housing in other areas. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Goedeke seconded to recommend approval of an <br />amendment of the comprehensive plan designation of a portion of the <br />site from school to medium density residential at 2400 North Dale <br />street. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Thomas, Goedeke, Roberts, <br />Wietecki, DeBenedet <br />
