Hamline <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The issues discussed concerning this matter included the design of <br />the house, the need for additional space to provide proper access <br />to the garage, the unimproved nature of lone street, and the need <br />to minimize special assessments to the church for the Hamline <br />Avenue improvement project. <br /> <br />No residents spoke concerning this matter. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Goedeke seconded to recommend approval of the <br />vacation of the north 15 feet of Tone street adjacent to 1746 N. <br />Hamline Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the new driveway opening and driveway be built to City <br />standards including a five foot setback to the relocated lone <br />street right-of-way. <br /> <br />2.
