<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 10, 1991 <br /> <br />The July 10, 1991 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jim DeBenedet at 7:30 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Roberts, wietecki, Stokes, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Harms, Thomas <br /> <br />staff Present: <br /> <br />Keel, Jopke, Shardlow, Bierschied <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Goedeke seconded to approve the minutes of the <br />June 12, 1991 Planning commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Goedeke, <br />DeBenedet <br /> <br />Roberts, <br /> <br />Wietecki, <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />Abstain: Stokes <br /> <br />Hearinqs <br /> <br />Planning File 2313 <br /> <br />Father Robert Nygaard/Corpus Christi request for preliminary and <br />final plat review and variance at 2131 Fairview Avenue North. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />John Shardlow highlighted the application and the proposed changes <br />to the plat from the previous month. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Items discussed concerning this hearing were the inadequate lot <br />area of Lot 6, the need for a variance to have a cul-de-sac longer <br />than the 500 foot ordinance maximum, the lack of notice of the cul- <br />de-sac length variance, and the fact that all Engineering concerns <br />from the previous meeting have been addressed. One potential <br />resident of the subdivision expressed concern about any future <br />development of the Fairview Community Center site and the potential <br />extension of the new street. <br /> <br />DeBenedet closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION <br />
