County Road B-2. <br /> <br />presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow highlighted the application and pointed out the lack of <br />unusual hardship or extenuating circumstances. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Items discussed included how height is measured, potential <br />visibility problems to the sign, including trees, telephone box and <br />snow, tenant sign needs, the type of sign materials and lighting, <br />and the lack of hardships present from a zoning standpoint. <br /> <br />No residents spoke concerning this matter. <br /> <br />DeBenedet closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Goedeke seconded a motion to recommend denial of <br />Mart Turner/Edison Signs request for a sign height variance at 1935 <br />W.
