<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />July 10, 1991 <br /> <br />Paget <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Discussion concerninq ordinance amendment for driveway side yard <br />setbacks. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Jopke stated that the City Council, at its last work session, <br />discussed the driveway ordinance and it was the consensus of the <br />Council that the existing ordinance should be maintained and <br />reevaluated when the Pavement Management Program was completed to <br />allow records to be kept of non-conforming driveways in the City of <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />ACTION <br /> <br />The Planning Commission concurred with the City Council's decision <br />to recommend denial of the ordinance amendment concerning driveway <br />side yard setbacks. <br /> <br />Status of reports concerninq Planning commission and city council <br />actions. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson asked the status of reports to be done on an <br />ongoing basis to keep the Planning Commission and Council apprised <br />of actions on items before them. <br /> <br />ACTION <br /> <br />Jopke agreed to check the status of these reports and report back <br />to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 10:25 p.m. <br />
