Oxford street. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Stokes, Thomas, Roberts, <br />Wietecki, Harms, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planning File 2412 <br /> <br />Jade Inc. request for a special use permit at 2441 N. Fairview <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow summarized the project. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Issues discussed included the types and location of material to be <br />stored outside, the type of and length of time material would be <br />stored in the fenced in area, whether potentially hazardous <br />material would be stored in the fenced in area and whether proper <br />handicapped accessibility would be maintained to the facility. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and Stokes seconded a motion to continue Jade Inc. 's <br />request for a special use permit at 2441 N.
