DISCUSSION Issues discussed included the history of the site including previous right-of-way dedications, the need for additional landscaping and screening, the number and type of vehicles to be parked on the site, duration vehicles will be parked on the site, whether servicing will occur on the site, whether auto sales will occur on the site, the lease term, handicap accessibility, location and number of handicap parking spaces, whether the automobile leasing would be considered an accessory use as required by the ordinance, whether the special use permit should be limited to a specific time frame such as 5-10 years, and right-of-way dedication requirements. MOTION Roberts moved and Harms seconded a motion to recommend approval of Thomas Willmus' request for a special use permit for an administrative office for a car leasing and rental agency at 2480 Cleveland Avenue North with the following conditions: 1. That there be no cleaning or maintenance of vehicles on the site. 2. That the maximum number of lease/rental vehicles on the site be limited to 50. 3. That there be no storage of trailers or 2 wheel dollies on the site. 4. That there be no public sales of vehicles on the site. 5. That right-of-way be dedicated along County Road B-2 as required. If necessary, parking setback variances should be processed to allow the existing parking lot to remain in its presen~ location.
