<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />February 12, 1992 <br /> <br />page# <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />residences. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />The Planning commission meeting recessed at 9:06 p.m. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting reconvened at 9:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Planninq File 2421 <br /> <br />A-Plus Industries request for variances for fence height, existing <br />building and parking lot setbacks, and outside storage at 1430 W. <br />County Road C. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow discussed the history of the site and the mediation <br />agreement which the city and A-Plus Industries have agreed to. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Issues discussed included the fence location, fence height, and the <br />aesthetic appearance of the fence. <br /> <br />Two property owners testified: <br /> <br />Tim Koehler, 1433 Rose Place, stated his desire to have the option <br />to have a 12 foot high fence and why it would fit in with the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />Duane Albrecht, owner of the adjacent commercial properties, asked <br />if he could also construct an 8 foot high fence and have outside <br />storage. <br /> <br />Dan stillmank from A-Plus Industries stated that the fence would be <br />constructed to commercial standards but that there would be slight <br />gap~ between the boards and that the fence would end at Schreifels <br />property line unless the adjacent property owner would agree to <br />extend the fence the remaining length of the property. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />wietecki moved and Roberts seconded a motion to recommend approval <br />of A-Plus Industries request for variances for fence height, <br />existing building and parking lot setbacks, and outside storage at <br />1430 W.
