County Road D. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow highlighted the proposal. Dave Berg, the applicant, <br />stated that there would be no vehicle maintenance on the site, that <br />the vacuum cleaners would be stored inside and that drivers have <br />been instructed to not store trailers on the site. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included prohibiting the outdoor storage and use <br />of vacuum cleaners and trailers, prohibiting vehicle maintenance on <br />the site and enforcement. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Stokes moved and Harms seconded a motion to recommend approval of <br />BCHPS Properties request for special use permit for an automobile <br />rental agency at 2310 W.
