<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />April 8, 1992 <br /> <br />Paget <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />service station, food shop and car wash facility at the northeast <br />corner of Lexington Avenue and Highway 36. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />wietecki moved and Stokes seconded a motion to continue Donald V. <br />Roberts request for a variance to the zoning ordinance at 2210 <br />Terminal Road, Richard Simmons request for a variance to the <br />parking setback requirements and a variance to allow a free <br />standing trash enclosure at 1831 W. County Road C, Amoco oil <br />Company request for PUD amendment to allow an Amoco gasoline <br />service station, food shop and car wash facility at the northeast <br />corner of Lexington Avenue and Highway 36 to the May 13, 1992 <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Thomas, Stokes, Goedeke, <br />Wietecki, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Harms, <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />P1anninq File 2183 <br /> <br />BCHPS Properties request for special use permit for an automobile <br />rental agency at 2310 W. County Road D. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow highlighted the proposal. Dave Berg, the applicant, <br />stated that there would be no vehicle maintenance on the site, that <br />the vacuum cleaners would be stored inside and that drivers have <br />been instructed to not store trailers on the site. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included prohibiting the outdoor storage and use <br />of vacuum cleaners and trailers, prohibiting vehicle maintenance on <br />the site and enforcement. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Stokes moved and Harms seconded a motion to recommend approval of <br />BCHPS Properties request for special use permit for an automobile <br />rental agency at 2310 W.
