Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow highlighted the proposal. <br /> <br />Brokke summarized the reasons for the variance request. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included location of the fence, future right-of- <br />way needs, whether the fence height change could be more gradual <br />and whether the fence height adjacent to the Windsor Green <br />Townhomes should be increased. <br /> <br />citizens <br /> <br />Stuart Gang, 1355 Colonial Drive, questioned the location of the 6 <br />foot fence and requested the City to study the height of the fence <br />adjacent to Williamsburg Green Townhomes. <br /> <br />MOTION <br />
