Owasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />Presentat.ion <br /> <br />Shardlow described unique conditions and proposal. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included pavement location, driveway setback, <br />driveway width, and the need for separate utility lines for each <br />dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Krautbauer discussed the proposal, his desire to bring about the <br />conversion with minimal cost and hassle, and the reasons why the <br />changes to the driveway setback and width are not necessary. <br /> <br />No citizens appeared. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Stokes moved and Roberts seconded a motion to recommend approval of <br />James Krautbauer's request for rezoning from R-1 and B-3 to R-2 at <br />165 S.
