That the business is limited to 30 hours per week. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Roberts, Thomas, <br />Sandstrom <br /> <br />Harms, <br /> <br />Wall, <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Wietecki <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />CompPlan Schedule <br /> <br />Mr. Jopke pointed out that the meetings discussed in a previous <br />memo have been canceled due to a delay in developing base maps. <br /> <br />Mayor's Letter <br /> <br />Wietecki summarized a letter which each Commissioner received from <br />the Mayor which pointed out the need for affordable higher density <br />housing for seniors. Wietecki stated that there was a need to <br />consider this issue in the Comprehensive Plan Amendment process and <br />that the Commission should try to keep that process on schedule. <br /> <br />Sign Ordinance <br /> <br />Wietecki moved and Roberts seconded a motion to request that the <br />City Council reevaluate its decision to not require the <br />amortization of non-conforming signs based on the proposal from <br />McCarthy Olds and the need to bring existing signs into compliance <br />with the new sign ordinance. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Roberts, Thomas, Harms, <br />Sandstrom, Wietecki <br /> <br />Wall, <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Policies and Procedures Concerning Stor.m Water Retention and <br />Wetland Protection <br /> <br />Wietecki moved and Thomas seconded to recommend that the City <br />Council authorize staff to study and pull together consistent <br />guidelines concerning ponding requirements, water quality, erosion, <br />and handling of storm water runoff, based on the time spent <br />
