<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, May 12, 1993 <br /> <br />The May 12, 1992 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Keith Wietecki at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Sandstrom, Thomas, Harms, Wall, Wietecki <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Roberts <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Carlson, Aune, Jopke, Falk <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Goedeke <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Thomas moved and Harms seconded a motion to approve the minutes of <br />the April 14, 1993 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Sandstrom, <br />Wietecki <br /> <br />Thomas, <br /> <br />Harms, <br /> <br />Wall, <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Chairperson Wietecki changed the order of the agenda to move <br />Computer City/Beechwood Acquisitions to the end of the agenda. <br /> <br />Representatives of Beechwood and Welsh Companies concurred. <br /> <br />Hearings <br /> <br />Planning File 2504 <br /> <br />Cave and Associates, Ltd. request for preliminary and final plat <br />approval at 2960 Western Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Phil Carlson highlighted the proposal and the history of the <br />Tschida property. <br /> <br />Cave stated that the conditions of approval suggested by staff were <br />acceptable. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included methodology of sight line study and <br />accident history. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Thomas moved and Harms seconded a motion to recommend approval of <br />Cave and Associates, Ltd. request for preliminary and final plat <br />
