<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />May 12, 1993 <br /> <br />page# <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />Citizens <br /> <br />No citizens appeared. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Thomas moved and Wall seconded a motion to recommend approval of <br />Computer City/Beechwood Acquisitions, Inc. request for special use <br />permit and variance to the required setback on an outlot located in <br />front of the Roseville Crossroads Shopping Center at County Road B- <br />2 and Snelling Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the parking lot be designed as shown on the submitted <br />plans with one-way parking and signed appropriately. <br /> <br />2. That landscape and utility plans be approved by City staff. <br /> <br />3. That the required roadway easement for County Road B-2 be <br />dedicated as determined by the County and City staff. <br /> <br />4. That a sidewalk be constructed along County Road B-2 and a <br />pathway easement be dedicated for it. <br /> <br />5. Planning Commission rules of order. The Planning Commission <br />directed staff to research if there are written rules of <br />order. <br /> <br />3.
