County Road B for <br />consistency with the comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Bell highlighted the role of the Planning Commission and Jopke <br />highlighted the issues and staff findings relating to this project. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Chairperson Wietecki explained that consideration of this matter <br />would be split. The Commission would first consider the narrow <br />issue of consistency with the City's comprehensive plan and then <br />the Commission would take testimony on broader issues to determine <br />if the Commission would make additional recommendations to the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />citizens <br /> <br />Dave Bishop, representing Roseville Lutheran Church, pointed out <br />that at the time the comprehensive plan was developed, no one <br />anticipated any other land use other than school, church, and park <br />for the affected parcels. Mr. Bishop indicated that the church <br />participated in and supports the vista 2000 efforts of the <br />community and supports the staff recommendations and findings on <br />this matter. <br /> <br />Mary Bakeman, 1178 W. County Road B, stated that the Commission has <br />a role beyond just reviewing the land use designations for the <br />
