PRESENTATION Jopke indicated that the City Council had referred the review of the City's Home Occupation Ordinance to the Planning commission for study and recommendations. Jopke highlighted the issues that have been identified and recommended that the Planning Commission agree on the issues so that staff could bring specific recommendations to
