<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 14, 1993 <br /> <br />The July 14, 1993 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Keith Wietecki at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Harms, Wall, <br />Wietecki <br /> <br />Rengel, <br /> <br />Sandstrom, <br /> <br />Thomas, <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Roberts <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Aune, Jopke, Falk, Finberg <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Goedeke <br /> <br />Commissioner Wietecki asked that the order of the agenda be <br />modified to place Planning File number 2580, Kenneth Kaufhold, <br />first on the agenda. Representatives of applications appearing <br />before Kaufhold on the agenda concurred. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Thomas moved and Harms seconded a motion to approve the minutes of <br />the June 9, 1993 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Wall, <br />Wietecki <br /> <br />Sandstrom, <br /> <br />Thomas, <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />Abstain: Rengel <br /> <br />Hearings <br /> <br />Planning File 2580 <br /> <br />Kenneth Kaufhold request for division of platted lot at 2610 Wewers <br />Road. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mike Falk highlighted the proposal. <br /> <br />Gerald Kaufhold, representing Kenneth Kaufhold, indicated that <br />sewer and water lines exist on the site for the new buildable lot. <br /> <br />No citizens appeared. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Harms moved and Sandstrom seconded a motion to recommend approval <br />of Kenneth Kaufhold's request for division of platted lot at 2610 <br />Wewers Road. <br />
