He commented on the problems in the <br />neighborhood since the shopping center was constructed, including kids climbing the <br />fence behind the center, golf balls and debris in his yard, and the involvement of the <br />Police Department on a number of occasions.. <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Thomas closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Staff determined that the J\bstractors Certificate provided by Ramsey County for this <br />application was in error. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Thomas moved and Harms seconded a motion to continue consideration of Peter <br />Nasvik/Welsh Companies request for a special use permit at 1655 VV.
