County Road B-2. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Falk presented the history of the site and the proposed project. <br /> <br />Rick J opke commented on previous applications for amusement establishments, <br />licensing requirements, code issues, and the status of existing amusement facilities in <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />Peter Nasvik, owner of Lava Links, explained the changes that are needed to make the <br />establishment more economically sound. He focused on the type of clientele and how <br />they would use the facility (birthday parties, private parties, etc.). <br /> <br />Bob Pounds, Welsh Companies, indicated that, as the owner of the property, they find <br />the proposal acceptable. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included hours of operation, concerns from other tenants of <br />Crossroads, supervision of the reserved party room, police issues, the need for <br />additional staff, tokens rather than cash for video games, prize/redemption center, how <br />to measure the 50% threshold for amusement establishments vs. game rooms, noise <br />
