Information and Reports <br /> <br />(a) Right-of-Way Discussion <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director, Rick Jopke, explained that <br />it is the City Attorney's opinion that the City can require dedication for <br />right -of-way and other uses if the required dedication is directly <br />connected to the project being reviewed. The City Attorney's letter of <br />September 8, 1993 was placed on file. <br /> <br />(b) City Tour <br /> <br />Planning Commission members were reminded of a City tour that will <br />take place on October 18, 1993, in which the City Council, Planning <br />Commission, and members of the staff will tour the City to review <br />potential projects and areas of further study for the Comprehensive <br />Planning effort. Council Member Goedeke encouraged the Planning <br />Commission to take the tour. <br /> <br />9. Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:03 p.m. <br />
