Burke Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Planner, Mike Falk, presented a staff report dated October 13, 1993 in <br />which he reviewed a minor subdivision of platted land requested by Carl Reule <br />at 343 W. Burke Avenue. The property has a proposed frontage of 77 .25 feet, <br />the ordinance requires 100 feet of frontage. Staff recommended approval of the <br />subdivision and the variance because it did not create a need for setback <br />variances for the structure to be placed on either parcel. <br /> <br />Roseanne Reule, 343 W. Burke Avenue, submitted a letter and described her <br />request to subdivide the platted lot owned by Carl and Roseanne Reule. <br /> <br />No Citizens Appeared <br /> <br />Roberts closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Thomas moved and Harms seconded a motion to recommend <br />approval of the minor subdivision and variance as requested by Carl Reule at <br />343 W. Burke Avenue consistent with the staff recommendation. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Thomas, Harms, Wall, Sandstrom, Rengel, Roberts <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />(b) Planning Files 2616 <br /> <br />Complete Mobility Systems request for special use permit at 1905 W. County <br />Road C. The request would allow vehicles that have been converted to fit the <br />needs of the handicapped, to be sold from the site. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director, Rick Jopke, provided a staff report <br />dated October 13, 1993 in which he described the purpose of the special use <br />pennit to sell and display vehicles on the site.
