Perimeter Drive. The applicant wishes to use the former Razzberry <br />Restaurant site for a montessory school and daycare facility. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Planner Mike Falk provided a background report in which he described a <br />request for a montessory school and daycare center to be located in the vacated <br />Mr. Steak and Razzberry's Restaurant site. The property is zoned B-IB and <br />daycare facilities are considered a special use in this district. Falk reviewed the <br />security for play areas and noted the interior would be extensively remodeled. <br />From a land use perspective, the applicant will add fencing along the front and <br />sides of the property to provide security for the children, and will change the <br />pylon sign. There is a joint use parking with the adjoining neighbor to the west <br />and cross parking easements along the back of the site. Ten parking spaces are <br />
