<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />Thursday, December 9, 1993 <br /> <br />The Commission passed that wetlands not be used simply for storm water runoff. <br />Finally, the Commission asked that one architectural theme be utilized through <br />the entire project and that one good-quality townhouse project be included. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />(b) Church of Corpus ChristilRottlund Homes Sketch Plan (review) <br /> <br />Mr. Don Jensen and Mr. Bob Porter, representing Rottlund Homes, presented <br />a project proposal for 52 townhome units to be located on the comer of Fairview <br />Avenue and County Road B. <br /> <br />Planning Commission concerns included density and the amenities on this site, <br />the quality of development, the height of units and setback of units from <br />Fairview Avenue, topography, slope, and snow plowing on the site, storm waters <br />and drainage details, and parking lot shared easements, landscaping, screening <br />from the parking lot, and from County Road B. No action was taken. <br /> <br />(c) Comprehensive Plan Compilation <br /> <br />The planning staff was reminded to complete the review of the Goals and <br />Policies of the Comprehensive Plan prior to the December 29th meeting at which <br />time the Commission will be asked to decide upon the draft goals and policies <br />and to review neighborhood issues. <br /> <br />(d) Council Member John Goedeke thanked the Planning Commission for <br />their cooperation as the City Council liaison and introduced Barb Mastel as the <br />new Planning Commission liaison member. <br /> <br />9.
