Chairperson Wietecki opened the public hearing. City Planner Mike <br />Falk provided a background dated December 9, 1993, in which he described a <br />request to subdivide a lot known as Lot 8, Block 1, Midway Acres into two lots~ <br />one of 19,127 square feet, the other of 38,638 square feet. Falk noted that both <br />parcels meet all requirements of the zoning code. <br />The City Planning Staff recommended approval of the subdivision into two lots. <br /> <br />Mark Nelson was present but had no comment. <br /> <br />No Citizens Appeared. <br /> <br />Chairperson Keith Wietecki closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Thomas moved and Rengel seconded a motion to recommend <br />approval of the subdivision of the Mark Nelson, 2-parcel subdivision, with the <br />condition that a 5 foot wide utility easement be placed along and on both sides <br />of the new lot line. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Sandstrom, Rengel, Thomas, Wall, Wietecki <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />(c) Planning File 2628 <br /> <br />Good Values Homes, Inc. request for a planned unit development and rezoning <br />at Lexington Avenue and Highway 36.
