The architectural <br />standards for this doorway to Roseville should be high. Precast concrete in lieu of the <br />standing glass wall is not acceptable. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />There was no comment from the public. <br /> <br />Chairman Keith Wietecki closed the hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Chairman Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Rengel to recommend <br />approval of the concept Planned Unit Development as originally proposed in the <br />elevations prepared for the rezoning hearings on January 12, 1994. The original <br />proposal included architectural elevations, site plans, landscape plans, and storm sewer <br />and drainage plans. Informational Reports and Other Business: <br /> <br />(a) Slawik Properties Sketch Plan on a Proposal located at Lincoln Drive <br />between Midway Ford and Conoco/Jiffy Lube as a Planned Unit <br />Development along County Road C. <br /> <br />City Planner Michael F alk provided a background report in which he reviewed a <br />proposal by Slawik Properties to develop a 5.5 acre parcel along Lincoln Drive <br />between County Road C and Terrace Drive. The property is currently zoned 1-2 and <br />the applicants are proposing a Planned Unit Development for retail purposes. The <br />proposed development would consist of four buildings totalling 33,400 square feet of <br />
