Details on pylon signs - Limit to one with one ground sign. h. Building signs should have same sign bands and heights on buildings. 1. More green space and landscaping. J. Storm/storage pond capacity and aesthetics. k. Pedestrian access to the site via sidewalks and access within the site from building to building. I. Right-of-way dedications along Snelling for LRT? No action was required of the Commission. A public hearing will be scheduled for the March 9th City Planning Commission Meeting. (b) Capital Improvement Information and Discussion City Finance Director, Ed Burrell, presented the general discussion of the Capital Improvement Plan for the City ofRoseville for the years 1995 through 1999. He noted that the general information presented at this meeting will be subject to change at the February 22nd City Council Work Session, and that further details of this package will be presented to the Planning Commission at a public hearing on March 9, 1994.
