Other uses included 9,000 square feet of auto service area, and <br />10,000 square feet of retail center to be anchored by a major video store. The site plan <br />for the area designates the site for retail development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the site plan and suggested the following: <br /> <br />a. On-site traffic flow study and study of exits from site. <br />b. Traffic study of "C", Lincoln, and Snelling turning movements. <br />c. Clean-up fencing that adjoins site on Midway Ford property. <br />d. Need or prohibitation of parking on Lincoln. <br />e. Details on architectural compatibility of sites and buildings with Byerly's <br />Shopping Center. <br />f. Details on franchise foods and its traffic flow. <br />g. Details on pylon signs - Limit to one with one ground sign. <br />h. Building signs should have same sign bands and heights on buildings. <br />1. More green space and landscaping. <br />J. Storm/storage pond capacity and aesthetics. <br />k. Pedestrian access to the site via sidewalks and access within the site from <br />building to building. <br />I. Right-of-way dedications along Snelling for LRT? <br /> <br />No action was required of the Commission. A public hearing will be scheduled for the <br />March 9th City Planning Commission Meeting. <br /> <br />(b) Capital Improvement Information and Discussion <br /> <br />City Finance Director, Ed Burrell, presented the general discussion of the Capital <br />Improvement Plan for the City ofRoseville for the years 1995 through 1999. He noted <br />that the general information presented at this meeting will be subject to change at the <br />February 22nd City Council Work Session, and that further details of this package will <br />be presented to the Planning Commission at a public hearing on March 9, 1994. No <br />action was taken by the Commission. <br /> <br />(c) Schedule for City of Roseville, Community Development Work Program. <br />
