Chairman <br />Wietecki stated that the Commission could review this as currently presented, <br />or could await for future additions in order to review the entire package at <br />one time. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Member Wall moved, seconded by Member Thomas, to continue the Slawik <br />proposal until the April meeting of the Planning Commission to include more <br />details on the following: <br /> <br />1) elevations and perspectives; <br />2) landscaping details; <br />3) signage details; <br />4) traffic counts; and <br />5) outlot and trash enclosure details. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />6. (d) Planning File 2638 <br /> <br />Proposed 1995-1999 Capital Improvements Plan for the City of Roseville. <br />Chairman Keith Wietecki opened the public hearing on the Capital <br />Improvements Plan. Upon a recommendation from the staff, Chairman <br />Wietecki continued the public hearing to the next regular meeting in April 13, <br />1994. No public comment was offered. <br /> <br />13 <br />
