In addition, all permits for water and sewer
must be obtained.

Member Wall asked the staff to review the Minutes from the February 9,
1994, meeting in which the Commission asked for cleaning up the fencing
along Midway Ford, the prohibition of parking along Lincoln, and one pylon
sign on the site and one ground site on the site.

Member Thomas asked the staff to review the signage on the site and
compare it with an independent site.
