<br />Planning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />April 13, 1994 <br /> <br />(a) Planning File 2471 <br /> <br />Parkridge Development Corporation has requested a Planned Unit <br />Development, concept development plan approval, and a rezoning from R1 to <br />PUD for property located at 646,656, and 674 West County Road C. <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Member Harms moved, seconded by Member Thomas to <br />continue the public hearing until May II, 1994. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes: <br /> <br />Sandstrom, Rengel, Thomas, Wall, Harms, Roberts <br /> <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />6. (b) Planning File 2640 <br /> <br />City of Roseville request to amend the Comprehensive Plan from low density <br />residential and institutional to medium density residential at 720, 716, 700, <br />690,686,634,636,644 and 626 West County Road C. <br /> <br />Chainnan Edward Roberts called the public meeting to order and requested <br />Consultant John Shardlow to provide a background report. Mr. Shardlow <br />provided the Commission with the previous actions taken by the Planning <br />Commission and the City Council relative to the AI Kehr property. He <br />illustrated the existing land uses and zoning surrounding this site, and <br />provided a series of progressive land use designs including the Kehr property <br />and adjoining properties on east and west sides. Shardlow recommended a <br />change in the Comprehensive Plan to medium density development for the <br />Kehr property and the land to the east ofKehr's property to Dale Street. <br /> <br />Member Thomas asked if the B1 (American Legion) zoning could be changed <br />to institutional zoning. The staff responded there is no institutional zone. <br /> <br />Member Sandstrom asked for details regarding the design setbacks of the <br />east-west road through the Kehr property.
