<br />City of Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />May 11, 1994 <br /> <br />Roll call: Ayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Roberts, Sandstrom, Rengel, Thomas, Wall, <br />Wietecki. <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Bylaws and Operating Procedures. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed a set of proposed operating procedures <br />as requested by the Commission in 1993. The Commission asked that minor <br />changes be made to the scheduling of public hearing and to the Mission <br />Statement. The Commission asked that the staff correct grammatical errors <br />and return the Operating Procedures Manual to the Commission at its next <br />available meeting. No further action was taken. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Listing of ProjectslReviews for next regular meeting. <br /> <br />City Planner Michael Falk provided the Commission with a list of upcoming <br />projects and asked for any feedback or questions the Commission might have <br />at this time regarding the future months' projects.
