City of Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />Wednesday, June 8, 1994 <br />MINUTES <br />expressed concern that the city had reached a consensus agreement with the adjoining <br />residents that green space along the buffer of the Concordia Project would be the dividing <br />line between the townhouse project and single-family areas farther to the east. No further <br />discussion occurred. <br />5.CONSENT AGENDA. <br />None. <br />6.(a)Planning File 2471 <br />Parkridge Development Corporation request for a Planned Unit Development concept <br />development plan approval, rezoning from R-1 to PUD and preliminary plat at 674, 656, <br />and 646 West County Road C. <br />Chairman Keith Wietecki announced a letter received June 6 by applicant Al Kehr which <br />stated, "After considering the action taken by the Planning Commission and the City <br />Council, the Parkridge Development Corporation requests that the proposal presented by <br />Parkridge at 646, 656, and 674 West County Road C be withdrawn from the table and no <br />further hearing be held at this time. Respectfully submitted Parkridge Development, <br />signed Al Kehr." <br />Motion: <br />Member Harms moved, seconded by Member Thomas to accept the <br />applicant's withdrawal of case 2471. <br />Roll Call:Ayes:Sandstrom, Rengel, Thomas, Wall, Wietecki, Harms, <br />Roberts <br />Nayes:None <br />(b)Planning File 2661 <br />Terri Spiers/Snappy Rental Car request for a special use permit for outdoor storage of <br />automobiles at 2459 Rice Street. <br />Chairman Keith Wietecki opened the public hearing and requested Michael Falk to <br />provide a background report on the proposal. Snappy Car Rental proposes to lease 1200 <br />square feet of building space and to store 12 outdoor vehicles and 2 pickup delivery <br />vehicles along the southeast corner of the site. No maintenance or washing of vehicles <br />would occur on the site. The staff recommended approval subject to no more than 14 <br />vehicles parking on the south side of the building and no maintenance work to occur on <br />2 <br />
