(a) Planning File 2667: <br /> <br />Naftalia Alkali request for a special use permit for an automobile repair facility and <br />parking setback variances at 3114 North Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Chairperson Thomas reopened the previously continued public hearing. She requested <br />City Planner Michael Falk to provide a background report regarding the proposal. Mr. <br />Falk explained that the proposal now includes a 7300 square foot building on a B3 zoned <br /> <br />1 <br />
