Mr. Jopke indicated that staff is doing a lot of the inventory
work and will be reporting back to the Council at a future meeting.

Chairman Wietecki stated that it would be appropriate for the Planning Commission to
review requests for proposals to provide a land use input to the City Council.

Member Sandstrom pointed out the continued need for City review of flag lot
requirements.

Member Wall indicated that it would be helpful for certain cases for staff or developers to
provide video tapes of sites and potential development to help the Planning Commission
and City Council visualize proposals. Jopke stated that staff had the capability of doing
that.

Member Rengel complimented the staff on the improvement in the staff reports and
pointed out that they were very easy to read and understand.

9.
