<br />Member Thomas also recommended that, as the city studies the County Road C and B2 <br />widths, it should consider the need for bike paths and pathways along the right-of-ways. <br /> <br />There was no further comment. <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch stated that he would convey these concerns and recommendations to the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Owasso Hills Design Standards: <br /> <br />Consulting Planner, John Shardlow, and Developer, Len Pratt, representing the Owasso <br />Hills development project, provided details on the design standards to be used throughout <br />the project area. They described the following programs or activities: <br /> <br />Model construction; developer staging; status of lot holds; wetland delineations; trail <br />connections; architectural covenants; landscaping specifications; lighting standards; entry <br />signage; and definitions of compatibility. <br /> <br />Chairman Keith Wietecki asked for an explanation of the contaminated land on the site <br />and the construction phasing for the project. John Shardlow responded that the <br />contaminated sites have been determined and will be cleaned up in the near future. <br />Constructing phasing is changing and may occur all at one time because of the high <br />demand for the sites.
