Dennis Welsch explained that <br />the City Council will meet on May 16th, at 3 :00 p.m. to review developer proposals for <br />the I35W/36 area, and will also discuss the development policies related to the Arona site. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Member Wall asked for video presentations and explanations regarding zoning and land use <br />cases in the future. Michael Falk responded that he and Jerry Beck the city's video programmer, <br />are making progress on providing such a service to the Commission. <br /> <br />Member Wall asked the Commission to consider establishing a date for the Annual Business <br />Meeting. The Commission decided to establish a date at their June meeting for an organizational <br />business meeting to be held in late June or early July. <br /> <br />Member Wall asked the Commission to re-read the "Fourteen Ways To Have A Better Planning <br />Commission".
