CALL TO ORDER: <br /> <br />Chairman Keith Wietecki called the regular Planning Commission Meeting of September <br />13, 1995 to order at 7:30 p.m. in the City of Roseville, City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Harms moved, seconded by Member Sandstrom to adopt the <br />Minutes of the August 9, 1995, meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Wietecki, Sandstrom, Harms, Rhody, Cunningham, Wall, Thein <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Wall moved, seconded by Member Cunningham to approve the <br />Consent Agenda which consisted of a continuation of 3 public hearings regarding <br />ordinances to the October 11, 1995, meeting. The ordinances included: <br /> <br />(a) Proposed Amendment to the Roseville City Code regarding the establishment of <br />standards concerning deliveries, snow removal, and trash collection in <br />commercial and industrial areas adjacent to residential areas. <br /> <br />(b) Proposed Amendment to the Roseville City Code regarding the establishment of <br /> <br />1 <br />
