<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />September 13. 1995 <br /> <br />on South Owasso that was apparent from the presentation. Member Sandstrom stated that <br />the Planning Commission should attempt to protect South Owasso Boulevard. A general <br />discussion ensued regarding the intent of an amendment to the existing motion. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Thein, Sandstrom, Harms, Cunningham, Rhody, Wietecki <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />MOTION: Chairman Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Rhody, to amend condition <br />#1 of the L&R motion to read as follows: <br /> <br />1) There shall be no driveway placed along the South Owasso side of the property. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Thein, Sandstrom, Harms, Rhody <br />Nayes: Cunningham, Wietecki <br /> <br />MOTION: Chairman Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Rhody, to recommend <br />approval of the L&R Automotive request for a conditional use permit for automotive repair <br />business located at 3011 Rice Street with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) There shall be no driveway placed along the South Owasso side of the property. <br />2) Any expansion of the project shall require an Amended Conditional Use Permit. <br />3) No single car may remain on the site for more than 5 days. <br />4) The recommendation includes all engineering conditions and recommendations <br />within the report dated September 11, 1995. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Thein, Sandstrom, Harms, Rhody, Wietecki <br />Nayes: Cunningham <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at I :05 p.m. There was no sign-in sheet for this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />17 <br />
