The applicant and staff shall prepare a proof of noise abatement program which will <br />indicate at what noise level SuperAmerica is responsible for providing more sound <br />deadening or removing noisy equipment and changing hours of operation. <br /> <br />4. The applicant agrees to move that portion of the curb along Rice Street should it be <br />necessary to accommodate future road construction along Rice Street at no cost to the <br />City. <br />5. Site plan be modified to insure that the underground fuel tanks are at least 2 feet beyond <br />the potential future 16-1/2 foot easement along Rice Street. <br />6.
