MOTION: Member Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Rhody, to recommend to the City Council the adoption of a resolution #PC 6/10/96e approving adopting and submitting the Action Plan to the Metropolitan Council and moving ahead as quickly as possible with the implementation of the Action Plan.
