<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />June 12, 1996 <br /> <br />1996) have held public hearings and invited public comment on the Action Plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council (the "City Council and <br />HRA Board") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />approves the Action Plan as consistent with the City Comprehensive Plan and Livable <br />Community Goals; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council ofthe City of <br />Roseville hereby adopts the Action Plan and directs the City Manager to submit the Action Plan <br />to the Metropolitan Council for review and approval. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and <br />foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 25th day of <br />June, 1996, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 25th day of June, 1996. <br /> <br />Steven R.
