Berg provided illustrations of the building facade and the <br />extensive landscaping. <br /> <br />Member Sandstrom asked if Ramsey County had curb-cut approval on this case (Yes). <br /> <br />Member Wietecki asked if the storm sewer and its easements had caused problems with <br />moving the building (Yes). <br /> <br />Member Cunningham asked if the deli/food operation would be similar to other service <br />stations and asked for further details. Mr. Berg responded that this operation would be <br />what is called a, "fast-feeder." <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki asked for comments from the public. There were none.
