Mr. Falk provided a background presentation as recorded in the staff <br />report of June 12, 1996. He noted that all proposed lots will meet all ofthe city code <br />requirements. A video was shown illustrating the lots and surrounding properties. He <br />noted that the dedication of additional right-of-way is complete surrounding this site and <br />the assessments and improvements are in. The staff recommended approval. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki asked for public comments. There was none. Chairman Wietecki <br />closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Thein moved, seconded by Member Sandstrom, to recommend <br />approval ofthe 3 lot subdivision for Virginia Tuerk at 2424 North Dale Street subject to <br />park dedication fees being paid. <br /> <br />5 <br />
