<br />Planning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />July 10, 1996 <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> <br />6(a) Planning File 2840: Eleanora Reisinger request for a division of a platted lot at <br />1850 Chatsworth Street. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki opened the public hearing and requested City Planner Michael Falk to <br />provide a summary of the written report dated July 10, 1996. The staff recommended <br />approval of the lot split as being consistent with the city's Comprehensive Plan and <br />zoning with two engineering conditions. There was no comment from the public. <br />Chairman Keith Wietecki closed the hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Harms moved, second by Member Wilke to recommend approval a <br />lot split for Eleanora Reisinger at 1850 Chatsworth Street subject to the applicant paying <br />a storm sewer assessment of $559.17. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Ayes: <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Cunningham, Rhody, Wilke, Sandstrom, Harms, Wietecki <br />None <br /> <br />6(b) Planning File 2838: David Seaberg request for division of platted lot at 3095 <br />Wheeler Street. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki opened the public hearing and requested Michael Falk to summarize <br />a written staff report of July 10, 1996. Mr. Falk explained that the proposal is to divide <br />a 37,260 sq. ft. lot into 2 lots, I of 14,000 sq. ft. and the other 23,260 sq. ft. Mr. Falk <br />reviewed the current use of an existing garage on the site. The staff recommended <br />approval of the request with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the survey be corrected to show the additional right-of-way granted with <br />easement document 2063633 dated November, 1979. <br /> <br />2. That a sewer permit be obtained before extending sewer to the site. <br /> <br />3. That an interim use permit be obtained for the existing garage if no principle <br />structure is constructed within 1 year. <br /> <br />Mr. Seaberg explained the project and the development proposal. Chairman Wietecki <br />asked if the billboard on a near by lot would be removed. Mr. Seaberg stated the <br />billboard is not part of this site and there is no impact on this project. <br /> <br />2 <br />
