<br />Planning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />September 11, 1996 <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki opened the public hearing and requested Michael Falk to present <br />details of his staff report dated 9/11/96. The project proposal would allow for moving a <br />property line and expanding the 3rd building by 25,000 square feet. A video was shown <br />to illustrate the site. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki asked if this was a soil contamination nF district, where the <br />developer has removed a contaminated site truck terminal. <br /> <br />Staff recommended approval of a PUD amendment, preliminary and final plat approval, <br />and vacation of utility and drainage easements. <br /> <br />Murray Kornberg, CSM developer, described the site and the reconfiguration. He <br />expressed concern regarding the need for a certificate of occupancy on building II. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki asked if there were comments from the public. There were none. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Harms, seconded by Member Wilke, to recommend approval of <br />CSM Corporation's request for an amendment to an existing Planned Unit Development, <br />revised preliminary and final plat approval, and the vacation of certain drainage and <br />utility easements at 2360 W. County Road C with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Direct the City Manager, City Attorney, and staff to prepare and execute a <br />standard City PUD amendment document incorporating the amendment and any <br />additional conditions approved September 23, 1996. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving CSM Corporation's request for a preliminary and <br />final replat at 2360 W. County Road C. <br /> <br />3.
