<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12/11/96b <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br />TO 1996 CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT <br /> <br />CHARLENE FINBERG <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville Planning Commission and Planning Staff appreciate <br />professional staff who have assisted in the planning and development of the community, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Community Development - Department Assistant CHARLENE FINBERG has <br />provided valuable planning contributions to the city planning program including Commission minutes and <br />written presentations for the staff and city planning commission, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Department places a high priority on professional <br />work and customer service in the City of Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Community Development - Department Assistant CHARLENE FINBERG has <br />performed her tasks in the highest professional and ethical standards of the City, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville <br />to express its appreciation for a job well done and to wish CHARLENE FINBERG best wishes in her new job, <br />and further, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission and Staff of the City of Roseville wish to <br />proclaim to all those interested, that CHARLENE FINBERG, Community Development - Department <br />Assistant, is hereby graduated from the Roseville Community Development Department Program and is <br />proclaimed a member in good standing of the very select group, the Roseville Community Development <br />Alumni Club, with all the rights and privileges accorded to that position. <br /> <br />Adopted this, the 11 th day of December, 1996. <br /> <br />Keith Wietecki, Chairman <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Dennis P.
