CITY OF ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, April 9, 1997 <br />1.CALL TO ORDER: <br />Chairperson Keith Wietecki called the regular City of Roseville Planning <br />Commission Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Roseville Council <br />Chambers. <br />2.ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTIONS: <br />Chairperson Wietecki introduced Planning Commission members and staff. <br />Present:D. Wilke, J. Thein, J. Rhody, K. Wietecki, E. Cunningham <br /> and K. Harms <br />Absent:None <br />Staff Present: Jay Kennedy and Dennis Welsch <br />Council Present:J. Goedeke, and B. Mastel <br />3.APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: <br />MOTION: <br />Chairperson Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to <br />approve the minutes of the March 26, 1997, Planning Commission <br />meeting with the following changes: Change #28, page 9, to 180 <br />and Lot 3, Block 3. Motion carried 4-0-1 with Member Harms <br />abstaining. <br />4.COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />NONE <br />5.CONSENT AGENDA: <br />6(a)Planning File 2887: <br />CB Commercial request for a conditional use permit <br />approval to allow attachment of cellular telephone antennas to the <br />penthouse roof of Roseville Professional Center, located at 2233 <br />Hamline Ave. <br />CB Commercial requested a 30 day delay to review their proposal. <br />1 <br />
