MOTION: <br />Chairperson Wietecki move, second by Member Cunningham, to <br />recommend denial without prejudice because it is incomplete. The applicant has not <br />demonstrated control of the site. The applicant should be allowed to reapply without <br />delay if such site control is obtained in the next 180 days. The applicant would be <br />required to pay a new application fee. <br />The motion carried 6-0. <br />Ayes: Cunningham, Rhody, Wietecki, Harms, Wilke, Thein <br />Nays: None <br />7(a)Livable Communities - Mixed Use Cornerstone: <br />Steve Quam and Dave Sumnicht (QSA), presented a report on the selection of <br />pilot corners including: <br />Hamline and “B” <br />Dale and “B” <br />Lexington and Roselawn <br />Lexington and “B” <br />Hamline and “C” <br />Chairperson Wietecki suggested that the City should review the Lexington and <br />“C” as a portion of the City Center site. <br />MOTION: <br />Chairperson Wietecki moved, second by Member Harms to <br />recommend three corners plus Lexington “C” be recommended to the City <br />Council. <br />The motion carried 6-0. <br />Ayes: Cunningham, Rhody, Wietecki, Harms, Wilke, and Thein <br />Nays: None <br />8(a)OTHER ISSUES: <br />A general discussion of progress on Centre Pointe P.U.D. ensued.
