(B-3) A <br />general review of zoning districts ensued. <br />Veterinarians Bill Graham and Wendy Elert reviewed their request for a text <br />amendment of the code. <br />Member Wilke asked who was notified of this hearing? Because this was a text <br />amendment hearing only, published notice was provided. <br />Member Goedeke explained the history of the Pet Food Warehouse case and <br />the need for licensed facilities. <br />MOTION: <br />Member Harms moved, second by Member Wilke, to recommend <br />approval of changes to code to allow veterinary clinics in a B-1, B-1B, or B-2 <br />zone with a conditional use permit.
