CITY OF ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, May 14, 1997 <br />1.CALL TO ORDER: <br />Chairperson Keith Wietecki called the regular Planning Commission Meeting to <br />order at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Roseville, City Council Chambers. <br />2.ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTIONS: <br />Chairperson Wietecki introduced Planning Commission members and staff. <br />Present:E.Cunningham, K. Wietecki, K. Harms, J. Thein, D. Wilke, <br />J.Mulder <br />Absent:J. Rhody <br />Staff Present: D. Welsch, K. Lee <br />Council Present: J. Goedeke <br />3.APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: <br />Motion: <br /> Member Harms moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to approve the <br />minutes of the March 26, 1997 Planning Commission <br />meeting.Motion carried 6-0. <br />4.COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />None. <br />5.CONSENT AGENDA: <br />None. <br />6.PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />6(a)Planning File 2896: <br /> Request for a Conditional Use Permit by National <br />Tire Warehouse to construct a facility at 2561 Snelling Avenue North. <br />No action was taken due to City Council action of April 28, 1997, adopting <br />Ordinance No. 1181 for placement of moratorium (James Addition area) <br />expiring December 31, 1997. <br />1 <br />
