CITY OF ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, August 13, 1997 <br />1.CALL TO ORDER: <br />Chairperson Keith Wietecki called the regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Roseville City Council Chambers. <br />2.ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTIONS: <br />Chairperson Wietecki introduced Planning Commission members and staff. <br />Present:K. Wietecki, J. Mulder, D. Wilke, J.Thein <br />Absent:K. Harms, J. Rhody <br />Late:E. Cunningham <br />Staff Present:K.Lee, J.Kennedy, D.Welsch <br />Council Present: J. Goedeke, B. Mastel <br />3.APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: <br />Motion: <br /> Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to approve the <br />minutes of the July 9, 1997 Planning Commission meeting. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />The Commission accepted the James Addition Task Force meeting notes of <br />June 23, 1997. <br />4.COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />None. <br />5.CONSENT AGENDA: <br />Planning File 2926 (6b) and Twin Lakes Parkway Comprehensive Plan <br />Update (7d). <br />Items 6b and 7d were placed on the Consent Agenda for approval as per the <br />staff recommendation. <br />Member Wilke moved, seconded by Member Thein, to continue items 6b (PF <br />2926; Skundberg) to the September 1997 meeting and to support 7d(Twin Lakes <br />Parkway Comprehensive Plan Update), setting September 10 and 22 as public <br />hearing dates for the Twin Lakes Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />1 <br />
